Description - Pretty 80s ruffle neck dress with puff sleeves and a very full skirt

There is a small repaired hole just under the buttons

Condition - I don't see any flaws other than some faint discoloration on the lining that I didn't notice until I was measuring

I did not attempt to clean this and it's being sold as found

Chest - 16-20" pit to pit (it is really gathered up and 20" is the measurement when I pull it all the way out
